The employed resins simulate the final thermoplastic like PE, PP and ABS and are comparable with their mechanical characteristics.

recommend parts from injection moulded
polyurethane resins - the RIM-technique:

Components from 0.1 - 12 kgs
Quantity from single-figure to three-figures
Post-forming undercut
Fast degree of reaction for the prototype moulds
Changes can be effected with minimal efforts
    and be considered in time for the pre-series
