Privacy policy

The following privacy policy informs users about the collection of personal data during the use of our website. Personal data is any information about the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (this does not include legal entities such as limited or public limited companies). § 2 Collection of personal data when you contact us by email

(1) When you contact us by email, the data you provide (in particular your email address, your name and your telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. If you wish to contact us using your own email account, please note that the confidentiality of the information transmitted may not be guaranteed.

(2) The processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). We delete the data collected in this context after storage is no longer required, or we limit the processing if there are legal obligations to keep records.

§ 3 SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

§ 4 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you send us information in any other way, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. (2) In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in accordance with the browser you are using and through which certain information is transmitted to the party that places the cookie (in this case us). Cookies cannot execute programmes or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the website more user-friendly and effective overall.
This website uses transient cookies. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various enquiries from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

§ 5 Storage time for the data

Java scripts are stored in the browser cache for a maximum of 4 weeks.
If the browser cache is deleted manually, this data is deleted immediately.
Cookies (on this website only session cookies) are deleted after you close your browser. This website does not create persistent cookies (cookies remaining on the computer).

§ 6 Use of Google Maps

(1) On this website we use the Google Maps service. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

(2) When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 4 of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the Maps function. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. § 7 JSDelivr CDN

We use JSDelivr CDN to properly deliver the content on our website. JSDelivr CDN is a service provided by Prospect One, which acts as a content delivery network (CDN) on our website.

A CDN helps to deliver content from our website, in particular files such as graphics or scripts, more quickly using regionally or internationally distributed servers. When you access this content, you establish a connection to servers of Prospect One, Krolewska 65a, Krakow, Malopolskie30-081, Poland, whereby your IP address and possibly browser data such as your user agent are transmitted. This data is processed exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes and to maintain the security and functionality of JSDelivr CDN.

The use of the Content Delivery Network is based on our legitimate interests, i.e. interest in a secure and efficient provision and optimisation of our online offer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO.

The specific storage period of the processed data cannot be influenced by us, but is determined by Prospect One. Further information can be found in the privacy policy for JSDelivr CDN:

§ 8 Data security

We also use technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against attack by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously adapted in line with technological developments. Whenever we collect and process personal information it is encrypted before it is transmitted. This means that your data cannot be misused by third parties.

§ 9 Changes to this privacy policy

Insofar as technical or legal developments make it necessary to adapt our security and data protection measures, we will also adapt this privacy policy accordingly. For this reason, please note the current version of our data protection declaration.

§ 10 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights towards us with regard to your personal data:

  • the right to limit processing
  • the right to object to processing
  • the right to data transferability.
